We are proud to feature photography by internationally renowned Craig Blacklock. Specializing in photographing Lake Superior, he is one of the country’s most distinguished nature photographers. Craig's exhibit with us is a very special one: all of his displayed photographs feature scenes of the St. Croix and Namekagon Rivers.
Craig's exhibit coordinates with the release of his new photography book St. Croix and Namekagon Rivers - The Enduring Gift. Along with the showing of his beautiful river photography, Craig will be available for book-signings coinciding with the Earth Arts Tour on May 4-6 and the St. Croix Valley Pottery Tour on May 11-13.
The St. Croix River Association adopted Craig's book as one of their signature initiatives to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Wild & Scenic Rivers Act and the creation of the St. Croix National Scenic Riverway. Craig donated all images made for the book to the SCRA and the National Park Service. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from book sales will be donated to the SCRA.
